This sparks a lot of worry and out of frustration, fan are beginning to call for the sack of the head coach Randy Waldrum whom they say is not qualified for the job. While most fans are still hurting over the fact that the falcons couldn’t regain their title of african championships which they’ve won nine times and worried due to their losing streak, there is hope and encouragement due to the return from injury of key reliable players to the squad and the addition of younger, talented prospects into the team as they continue to prepare for the main event next year.

Current African champions, banyana banyana of South Africa will face off against 14th ranked Australia today by 12:30 pm. There is high expectations for this young South African team to put up a decent performance in the upcoming world cup and this game is seen as a good opportunity to judge or test their quality and preparedness especially as they face one of the host nations which also has arguably the best striker in the world currently in the person of Chelsea’s Sam Kerr
