The Privatization Bill 2023 that President Muhammadu Buhari presented to the National Assembly last week has passed its second reading in the House of Representatives. The well-discussed N20.5 trillion budget in plenary by lawmakers on Wednesday has been referred to the Appropriations Committee for further legislative work.
