Parallex Bank has reaffirmed its dedication to expanding its customer base, extending its reach to more communities, and contributing to the economic progress of the nation. Dr. Adeola Phillips, the Chairperson of Parallex Bank, conveyed this commitment in her welcoming speech during the inauguration of the bank’s Lekki Branch in Lagos on Wednesday.

She emphasised that the opening of this branch signifies an exciting new phase for Parallex Bank, following closely on the heels of the recent inauguration of its Marina branch, also located in Lagos. Dr Phillips revealed the bank’s intention to establish four additional branches in key locations including Ibadan, Abuja, Warri, and Isolo in Lagos. This expansion plan underscores the bank’s steadfast dedication to reaching out to more communities, catering to a wider customer base, and contributing to the nation’s economic growth.

Addressing the dynamic changes in the banking industry driven by technological advancements and evolving customer expectations, Dr Phillips assured that Parallex Bank is committed to remaining at the forefront of this evolution. She stated, “We are dedicated to promoting a culture of diversity, inclusivity, and growth, enabling you to thrive in your roles and continue delivering value to all stakeholders.”

At the event, Mr. Femi Bakre, the Managing Director of Parallex Bank, lauded the board, management, and staff for their unwavering support in ensuring the bank achieved profitability in less than two years of commencing operations.
