First Bank of Nigeria Limited has unveiled its new Digital Experience Centre in Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos, aiming to provide enhanced banking services to its customers in the area. The CEO of FirstBank, Adesola Adeduntan, expressed his excitement about the initiative, stating, “We were commissioning our Digital Xperience Centre. This would be the fourth Xperience centre in the country, but the second in Lagos, as we have opened one at Victoria Island, Abuja, and University of Ibadan (UI).”

Adeduntan emphasised the bank’s commitment to being an integral part of the communities it serves, and highlighted the strong relationship built with stakeholders and customers over the past decade.

The Digital Xperience Centre is designed to offer a world-class banking experience; allowing residents and non-residents of the prestigious Banana Island estate to conduct their banking transactions seamlessly without human intervention.

Adeduntan noted that the centre caters to the evolving needs of consumers and aligns with the bank’s dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences and staying ahead in financial innovation.

Adeduntan praised the efforts of his colleagues in making the project a reality and emphasised the bank’s ongoing commitment to leveraging technology to enhance service delivery. He highlighted the positive impact of technology and digital solutions in transforming the bank’s operations and service quality.
