They were both Executive Directors for the NSIA, Mr. Kolawole Owodunni and Mrs. Bisi Makoju. According to Section 16(3) of the NSIA Establishment Act 2011, the Executive Nomination Committee (ENC) must be established in order to start the recruiting and selection process for Mr. Orji, the MD, and the Executive Directors’ replacements.

He has contributed to a number of initiatives, such as the Presidential Fertilizer Initiative, which aims to distribute 1 million high-quality, lower-cost metric tons of fertilizer to farmers. He also participated in the Presidential Infrastructure Development Fund, an investment vehicle dedicated to the implementation of five important national projects in the electricity and transportation industries. While Mr. Kolawole Owodunni has 18 years of expertise in the financial services industry and focuses on investment management, risk management, and Treasury, Mrs. Bisi Makoju is a financial expert with extensive knowledge in financial risk management. They are all anticipated to contribute to the direction and transformation of the infrastructure and investment sector and raise the sector to a high pedestal.
