Pastor Chris Oyakhilonme, the President of Loveworld Incorporated aka Christ Embassy has announced a Global Prayer and Fasting week for the nations of the world and world leaders. The Prayer and Fasting is to commence on Monday, January 9, 2023, and last till Sunday January 15, 2023.
The Pastor announced this while addressing the global congregation during the New Year’s Eve Service on Saturday. He said the Prayer and Fasting is to pray for the nations of the world and their leaders, to avert any repeat of the COVID 19 debacle or any sinister agenda that may have been conceived by any organisation. The Cleric said apart from the individual times of prayer during the day, he will be hosting a global time of prayer that will be streamed worldwide every evening.
Speaking at the service, Pastor Chris said: “we were sent to proclaim peace. He said say “Peace be unto this house.” Imagine if you proclaim peace on your nation and on your city. The peace will come if you proclaim it. In this 2023, we will proclaim it. We can do it and we will do it by the power of the Holy Ghost. Sometimes we think we are waiting for God but He is waiting for us.”
