Secretary General of NATO Calls for Long-term Support to Ukraine

Date:

Since the beginning of the war between Ukraine and Russia, billions of Euros worth of military equipment has been sent to Ukraine courtesy of NATO Allies, which has helped Ukraine propagate the war with little or no worry of running into shortage of supplies.

However, the Secretary General of NATO has called on its allies to increase and strengthen their support for Ukraine especially on a long term basis. He added that Russia has shown no interest in ending the war, as such, an increase in support will be the only way to convince Russia to end the war.

Russian missiles and drones has not missed target as they have continuously striked Ukraine across on both New Year’s Eve and Day, and although there’s no let up of hostilities in sight, Jens Stoltenberg said NATO must ensure Ukraine stays in a strong position in the event of negotiation talks between the two sides.
